The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. The view of the harbor and light house from the window was absolutely breathtaking. It was in the best possible location with Edgartown Lighthouse nearby.

Spotlessly clean and truly exceptional hotel. Beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms with comfortable beds and harbor views. The location is magnificent. The staff is wonderfully helpful. Rewritten: The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel was unbelievably clean and exceptional. The rooms were beautifully decorated, new, and had cozy beds with views of the harbor. The location was absolutely stunning, just a quick 15-minute walk to the city center. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The location was great.
We booked a Cottage King room, which we had on a previous visit. When we arrived, the Cottage King was "under construction". Why didn't they bother to tell us that before we arrived? I would have cancelled my reservation. We were put in an old, small room. Very upsetting. Will not go back. They didn't really try to help with this issue.

The location is private and beautiful, with a stunning view of the coastline. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and top-grade pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing great service. The hotel has a lovely saltwater heated pool and a convenient proximity to town for shopping and dining.

The heat was on and it was 60 degrees outside and you couldn't adjust it so the room was super hot. There were a few stains on the rug. The bathroom was narrow. Hotel was not at all full and they could have put us in a nicer room.
